being wrong is expensive.
I’m Dev — an SDE-2 at Upstox, where I own the risk management system that sits in the order path, and work on the OMS behind it. Systems that have to be correct under market-open load, recover without a human, and answer to a regulator.
Alongside that I designed, shipped and operate Downstox on my own: live NSE and BSE ingestion through to screeners, F&O signals and portfolio tooling. No team, no paywall, and no one else’s on-call rotation to hide behind.
